PH. 180.605(01): Food System Sustainability Practicum Project
March 2018 - May 2018
I accomplished the following during this 32-hour practicum class with the Baltimore Food Policy Initiative (BFPI), working in a team of four under the direction of the Baltimore Food Policy Director, Holly Freishtat: 
  • performed a qualitative analysis of the approximately eighty 2017 Resident Food Equity Adviser Applications
  • generated policy recommendations for the BFPI, based on insights from applicants
  • organized a collection of personal stories for future use in Baltimore city food policy documents
