Hi, my name is Anna Bondy.
I studied Dietetics at University of Maryland, College Park and graduated Cum Laude in 2011. I completed my Dietetic Internship at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD in June 2012. After gaining hospital experience working with under-served populations in West Baltimore, I decided to pursue a Master's in Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. I spent 2015-2019 serving pregnant and postpartum women and children under the age of 5 at the Johns Hopkins WIC program. In 2019, I moved to Boston, MA and started working toward my CDCES credential. In December 2020, I passed the CDCES exam, and have been pursuing opportunities in diabetes from then on.
I enjoy being involved in my community, whether it is through public policy activities, community organizations, or volunteering to provide clinical services. In 2018, I was awarded the Emerging Dietetic Leader Award from the Maryland Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for my work.
